How do I personalise my order?

On each product there is a ‘personalisation box’. Above that are the details you need to copy and fill in to provide me with all the personalisation information I need to make your order.

Will I see a proof of my personalisation before it's printed?

Yes – it usually takes a few days (sometimes longer at Christmas). Proof images are e-mailed over within 1-2 business days, please double check the e-mail address as you checkout as this will be the one used.

One set of changes are permitted. New images will be sent over for approval before printing.

If I do not hear back from you regarding your order.

If you do not respond to the messages your order will be delayed. 

 

If I don’t hear back after 24 hours of sending the first message your order will be sent to print and you will be unable to make any amendments or changes to the image. I cannot be held responsible for any mistakes make after this point.

Can I have more people included in the design?

Yes, I am able to do more people in the design – please message me with your request and I’ll get back to you with prices. 

A custom listing will be made individually for you to checkout with your request if you decide to go ahead.

Order Processing Times

All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 5 – 7 business days.

Personalised order proofs are aimed to be e-mailed over within 1-2 business days & once approved will be added to the next print queue to be printed and dispatched.

Shipping Options

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail 2nd class – 2-3 business Days

Upgraded Delivery – Royal Mail 1st Class – 1-2 Business Days

Product Care Instructions

All Ceramic Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe

All tote bags are suitable for the washing machine, on a low temp similar colour wash

Enamel mugs are not suitable for the dishwasher / microwave 

Tumblers & Bottles are not suitable for the dishwasher / microwave

Clothing is suitable for the washing machine on a low temp wash with similar colours


My tracking number doesn't work.

All tracking numbers provided are for Royal Mail and are correct. They do work. They aren’t however a courier tracking number so you will not get a step by step journey of your parcel. They show the following messages: 

 

‘An update will only be provided when delivery is attempted’ – This means your parcel is currently in Royal Mails system and is in transit with them. The next update will show when they attempt delivery.

 

‘Successful/Attempted delivery’ – If it shows attempted delivery, your order will be available at your local depot the next working day for you to collect. Or you will be able to arrange a redelivery from that screen to a more convenient day. They will not leave it in a safe place.

What happens if parcels are returned to sender?

Royal Mail will keep a parcel at their depot upto 14 working days after they attempt delivery. If it is not rearranged or collected in this time it will be sent back to me. It can take up to 4 weeks for me to receive the returned mails. 

 

I will contact you via Etsy Messages once I’ve received it, however it is your responsibility to cover the additional postage to re-send the parcel. As this is not an error on Royal Mail’s part I cannot cover the additional cost here. 

 

Once the extra postage cost has been sent over, I will drop your parcel of with my next batch of orders (usually within 2 working days).
