Returns Policy
standard products
All standard products fall within our 30 day returns policy. Please contact us he***@li******.uk for details on where to post your unwanted item for us to receive back. All items should be returned to us in the same condition within 14 days of delivery and in a new, unused condition.
Once received, and condition of the item(s) has been approved, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method. We do not refund the cost of postage to originally deliver or return items. The postage fees, unless otherwise agreed lies solely with the customer.

Personalised products are not eligible for returns unless faulty or damaged on delivery.
